Add /clanWho option

Suggestion idea taken from Speller's post in Discord:

Add a /clanWho or /toggleWho command for people in Clans.
This would allow users to toggle if we hide our location on /who or not.

I want to be in clans, the pdepot, scrolls and clan storage benefits are amazing.
However I don't care to hide my location, I don't mind if someone uses it to ambush me :P
We don't have a large community and most of the time the /who list is --------------

This will allow me to let others see my position, just making it a bit nicer if ppl log on and type /who ;)

This is an awesome idea. Allow the players to make a choice of being visible or not! I vote a positive on this. :)
