There can be up to about 400 exp poles allowable of which 152 are currently active.
There can be up to 8000 odd characters (players and NPCs).
To keep an individual time per player poles I would need to keep track of 400 x 8000 = 3,200,000 data fields.
This will not fit on the character table and would need an expansion or a whole new data table.
Not the game does not use databases, only flat files.
Possibly a useful idea but not likely to be implemented in the near term.
