RE: Edge Router Upgrade Notice

On October 6, 2018 between 3am and 8am EST (GMT -0400) our network group will install new edge routers for our Miami Data Center.

This is scheduled maintenance that will be performed overnight. While the service window is wide, the upgrade will have a minimal impact on network availability and you may notice that your services are unreachable for a short time.

Preparations have been underway for some time so we do not expect network service to be impacted for more than 5 minutes, but may be as long as 30 minutes. This upgrade will result in improved security, and network performance for all Miami Data Center clients.
