Surround Crit.
We can make it like a normal crit proc but then instead of hitting 1 you'll hit 4
Or get it as an arch skill where the mod power will determine the amount of hp your hitting em for (passive skill which will only activates when crit procs... i think a clickable skill which causes you to crit is abit overpowered.. whatever the costs are)
