The areas desperately need a revamp/reorganisation. It's really muddled and unproductive there's like 1 crafter in the game -mino and I'm just starting it. I get the idea of how it was laid out but it's just offputting. A few hours of building and cgi work could get it more streamlined. Basically need proff rank areas for harvesting. So all rank 0 mats obtainable in 1 area. Then all rank 5, 10 15 etc in different rooms. Trade off being much stronger monsters in each section. Mining in particular is a nightmare you have to mine through a lot to reach the section you need to progress your proff
It's sort of grouped but not really would just make more sense to have proff rank areas it would mean more people give it a go instead of getting put off by it
