Is it okay for champions to use the luck scrolls?

You are not allowed to use experience and luck scrolls.
The ones that Garna gives you should be blocked if you try to use them.
You will need to ping me on the BS points as I do not think I explicitly blocked them but it has been a very long time since I used them...
