my moa doesnt work

Apparently i cannot log on my main anymore (templasorc - seyan).

Whenever i log on it, it just doesnt take the file. At first i thought I saved a different character on top of it, but when logging on 3rd character, it doesnt change to the one i presumed was saved on it.

It just doesnt load the file anymore..

What can i do?

Is it not loading in the loader or not letting you log in? Try logging in without a password if its the latter. If its the former do you have backups setup or is the moa on dropbox or something that you can look at versioning of the file to see if something changed?

When you go Seyan, it apparently resets your password.

However, yours is not a new seyan so that is unlikely to be the problem.
I am assuming you have played multiple characters over time and have reloaded your moa many times previously, especially since you went seyan.

Try loading with no password.

If it still does not work I can send you your missing moa file.

When you rebirth it resets your password. But I think he's logged on since with out any issues?

I do not have passwords on my characters. I checked dropbox old versions but nothing works. Just doesn't let me load it. Whenever I load the my character, nothing happens.
If you could send it to me, would be nice. You need my email, or is that possible through the forum messages?

glad you got it working! I've had that issues with a file before. Grabbing a versioned file from dropbox worked for me in the past though.
