Tradeable would actually make an interesting market option for it. The problem remains that we need to have a group and not every timezone allows for that which limits the capacity of certain players to obtain the item. No other item creates that problem. A reduction in rng by making each chest have higher chance to drop a certain piece may also make it more interesting.

Only issue with making pieces not soul bound is twinking. Could just like you said remove the RNG. Or rework the belt so you get the whole belt at the end. And it gets powered up like a seyan sword. So you have to finish it say 5 times to get the full stat bonus on the belt.

I think a point system should be added so after a set amount of times of getting pieces you already have received you can use points to purchase one part you need from Npc or Admin. is it possible to make it so when player has Individual pieces on him and he grabs chest any duplicate would be turned into a point?

Maybe if you have 3 of something you can trade it for one of something else?

NPC merchant hidden in the bowels of the Prison.
Sells scrolls for some exorbitant of gold (or your soul whichever is worth more).

You buy the appropriate scroll that take 3 identical prison items (all belonging to you) and gives you the selected prison item that you chose (soulbound to you).

You are happy and the merchant is rich. Everybody wins.

How does that sound?

Just need to check I have the technology to test and create soulbound items via a scroll.
