Few things to make the tower popular again:

Add a necromancer on tower 20 because the other race are represented

Power up the fists of heaven: they are never used

Power up outsiders eye: either give it ankh regeneration or some bless mods

Only reason people go up there is for the rings of prophets

lmao OE is already sooooo powerful, I use it all the time, that thing should never be buffed, it's infinitely powerful

FoH, I agree with a slight buff to wv, just to make it comparable to other end-game weaponry

Not currently possible to buff them without breaking them.
