They use no weapons and instead rely on their hand to hand skill to deliver quick and painful blows to their enemies.
When their h2h is half from max, they would unlock the Quivering Palm attack, which leaves an enemy way more susceptible to critical hits. This skill uses endurance and has a duration of about 15 seconds, with 40 seconds of cooldown. Obviously, it only works against enemies next to you.
They'd also get the surround hit skill.
Spells: (upgrading these could increase duration, regen effect in case of stone form, or decrease cooldown)
•Stone Form: turns you into stone for 5 seconds, multiplying regenerative effects by 5 while the effect lasts. 2 minutes cooldown.
•Seize: brings target enemy instantly next to you, rooting them in place and applying a severe curse effect for 5 seconds. 30 seconds cooldown. (a check would probably need to be made so that you can't seize unreachable enemies)
•Mirror Images: summons 2 copies of yourself next to you, which taunt nearby enemies to attack them. These deal little to no damage and last up to 15 seconds. 40 seconds cooldown.
Aspects: (these remain active until used again and also lower your max mana while active)
•Aspect of the Leech: critical hits recover some hp/end/mana.
•Aspect of the Turtle: adds 15% AV. (could also lock speed mode in slow)
•Aspect of the Snake: attacks have a chance to apply powerful poison.
Monks could use the caped merc sprite with green or orange capes.
