An item adjacent to the soul stone system, which forces the RNG to roll the entirety of the SS' power into a single stat. So, it would still be random, but would alleviate the main issue with SS. In that, when you first begin almost anything you SS has the capacity to improve your stats, but by high noble you can SS an entire inventory of stones, and find nothing of value due to unideal spreads.
A new area or modifications would have to be made to existing ones, to establish come kind of gameplay loop where you can consistently accrue these funnels.
