Necro 'archskills'

I have a fresh necro, Bilkar.
On /data it says he can get 3 archskills: C2 (Liana, emme cave), SH2 (Daegan, emme cave) and dual weild (Talim, Barb mountains, he calls it dual wield).
Twice emme cave!?

When I go to Liana, she gives me a general message (no quest available!?).

Daegan does a good job and wants an ice axe from emme cave.
Talim is clear too.

Razaen offers me to learn Harden(!?).
When I give him the requested potion from VoD, he accepts the potion, he says he will teach me Harden, then tells me I can't learn Harden and then returns the potion.

Edit: Just handed in the items that fit /data.
Talim, Daegan and Liana. They accepted it and gave the appropriate skills.
So just some weirdness, but all works

Believe this was similar for my warr and C2. Don't believe NPC said anything at all, but did accept the axe from emme cave and gave skill/exp.

Realise bit moot as warr unlikely to use, but figured worth mentioning

/data and actually handing it in "should" both be driven off the actual available stats of a character. It is a good sign if they are both working properly.

The conversations are controlled by talk.c which is quite separate and can be misaligned.
If there are others that are also misaligned let me know and I will try to fix them all at the same time.
