I think it would help the game to add more endgame content and I think rebirthing idea is awesome but a bit flawed. Some races get whole new armor sets, while others like AT's who are already 30/30 over Tit, just because 45/45 over tit after RB2 - This is an easy solve with a couple new armor sets going up to 145 with current system. Mithril / Adamantite? Whatever lol
But I am suggesting a new system
Instead of a flat increase across the board of +10 / +5, it could be +10% Stats/skills from the base and you can Rb infinite times.
Flat Increase per Rb

Compounding increase per Rb:

Of course this would call for a duplication of pents (think nightmare/hell in Diablo), maybe Rb pents but instead of private grolms starting, they're like Earl or Warlord grolms.
Basically I'm asking for the game to be endless and unbeatable. Mod cap would have to be eliminated and beating Rb Pents should take something like a flat Rb 100 or compounding Rb 25ish - This may an argument for flat increase and not compounding lol.
Also I saw a suggestion to give some quality of life changes to each race which could maybe be chosen at each Rb instead of stats, or maybe gifted at first Rb? I think the poor AT should have a base 10 meditate from the start
AT - Meditate
Hara - Stealth
Warrior - Warcry
Sorc - GC?
Seyan - Another arch skill or Blind or Warcry?
Etc
