Lockpick may not be a skill that is activatable on a creature but it is in a way activated on doors. As far as I can tell nothing else increases lockpick and one place I've noticed many classes are unable ever able to open is the cohors side door which requires 200 lockpick. This would allow most classes with max lockpick to unlock the door, although other doors may potentially need to have a higher lockpick req to enter since most other doors have a much smaller lockpick req and it may be too easily if ROPS gave lockpick. The doors I am thinking of would be the castle doors that require lockpick, although having the rings to reduce the spent cost on lockpick would also be beneficial to some players.
