 Castle quests & lockpick

Since lockpicking a door or two is required in castle quests, and you can't get a lockpick if you forget one without having to go through the RNG hell for another 15 minutes, can we get a lockpick merchant at the start of each of the castle quests kthx

I propose we just remove the RNG hell.
