There is, of course, the list of all Champion Quests every played. I lists all character names that played and those that won. It is possible that that name was reused by a different player, but the timeline of the Phoenix MoA should resolve that.

Since every Champ Quest I have seen had at least 1 class not competing literally anybody in the game could have chosen that class and "won" a champ weapon.

So how is that rigged?

For those talking about changing how and who gets Champ weapons I think you have not looked at the history of the Champion Quest.
They are NOT now and have NEVER been meant as only a 30 minute speed run!

In my opinion, if people want champion weapons for late game, established characters, we should have another tier of weapons below champion weapons for those people to acquire. This is a Catch 22 situation that has now been created instead of leaving it as it was.

I did notice there is 1 Warlord character that is not showing up on the Time by Rank Warlord list.

Not sure if it is a bug or a glitch, or just simple admin giving out 100 MILLION EXP...

But I am quite certain nobody can pass Leon with over 120 Million EXP in just a couple days even with scrolls and other items.
