Is there a chance this could be made legal (for PvE only)? The game pace is a little slow for some races and tasks. Also it would be really fun to rank up chars together.

And to just see that banking is now free is just so ironic because this is my 2nd full item wipe. The first was when I ran out of funds in my bank. lol

I was thinking of cool weapon procs for everything, since we already have the following:

Dual sword - Double crit & AoE poison
Axe/Two-hand axe - Vicious crit (with stun)
Karate - Curse


I think the following should be added:

Dagger - Blast 1 (but a stronger version)
Wand - Blast 2
Staff ...

I think it would help the game to add more endgame content and I think rebirthing idea is awesome but a bit flawed. Some races get whole new armor sets, while others like AT's who are already 30/30 over Tit, just because 45/45 over tit after RB2 - This is an easy solve with a couple new armor sets ...

Maybe though you should reserve the Champion title only for those who did it on the character's first play through though, so as to not take anything away from anyone. This would result in people making tons of new chars though if #4 was implemented without #6, but then #5 ...

I think it would be nice to change the champion quest from a waiting game. I didn't know about this when I came back and now my char feels forever handicapped because that weapon is so strong and good looking!
